This past weekend I participated in a ceremony to raise the energy in and around a Native American earthwork called Serpent Mound. It was a lovely gathering of 11 Light workers including two shamans. We set up an alter and drummed the energy through the serpent mound to help balance the energy on earth. By the end of the weekend, I felt a shift to more fully claim and honor my gifts as a Light worker.
Here are a couple of pictures of Serpent Mound, the body and the spiral tail.
The serpent mouth was around an oval (thought to be an egg) where there used to be a large stone (think Stonehenge) that helped magnify the energy and be a conduit of the energy.
We all are Channels of Energy
I got to thinking that all of us are conduits of energy, like that large stone in the serpent mouth. In our modern times you could use the metaphor of being a cell phone tower. Your energy (mood, attitude, thoughts, actions) carry a frequency that others feel. You send out energy all the time, whether are are conscious of it or not. It may be balanced and peaceful energy, or it may be anxious and stressful energy.
If you are a transmitter of energy, what channel are you tuned into?
Is your energy set to the channel you want it to be?
Pay attention to the energy you give off. If it’s not set to the channel you want, adjust the dial so you send off the frequency you prefer.
Energy Meditation
Here’s a simple meditation you can use throughout your day to tune into a frequency of greater peace and balance.
Find a quiet place to do this meditation to help you adjust your dial.
Read through this meditation then try it and feel what shifts inside you.
Sit still and close your eyes,
Imagine the most peaceful place you have ever been to
Breathe in deeply the calm, peaceful energy of this place
Image you are sitting there soaking up this peace, letting it fill you with peace
Imagine that the same peacefulness that fills you is now streaming from you through the middle of your forehead (your third eye)
Allow that peace to come to you, through you, and then out from you.
Sit in this peaceful presence for 3 minutes
